I got into this because of a pattern I kept seeing. Founders I was working with would ask why a certain competitor kept showing up in AI recommendations when their product was clearly better. I didn't have a good answer, so I started digging.

Around 2023 I started seeing something new. Founders were getting inbound from buyers who said they found them through ChatGPT. Not Google. Not an ad. An AI recommendation.

I got obsessed with understanding how that worked. What determines which companies show up? Why does one company get consistently recommended and another with a better product never surfaces?

I spent months running queries across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity, tracking patterns, testing different signals. Eventually I built a methodology that made the answers consistent enough to be useful.

This report is what I wish someone had handed me when I first started asking these questions. Not an SEO audit. A direct answer to: what are AI systems saying about your company, and what should you change.

How I work

Research first

Every finding comes from actual AI system outputs. I run the queries, log what comes back, and build the analysis from that. Not from what seems like it should be true.

No generic advice
